Question: When does the
lawn season begin?

Answer: In Wisconsin, we all understand the weather can change quite drastically. However in a typical year, our season starts May 1st and runs through November 1st. The season is based on 27 services over the course of that time

Question: Where do
you service?

  
Answer: Lawonn Lawn & Landscaping proudly serves the Northern half of Metro Milwaukee. This includes: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties.  By 2019, future expansion will take place!
  

Question: What if it rains on the scheduled mowing day?

Answer: In some cases, we are able to go out within a few hours of a rainfall. However, in cases of a complete rain-out, we will do everything in our power to reschedule for the very next day. We understand that you need your property looking its' best. That's why we strive to reschedule that mowing as soon as possible. 

Question: Should the yard be picked up of debris?

Answer: Yes. This includes pick up any children's toys, sports equipment, dog droppings, and clothes outside to dry.  Excess debris in the yard will result in a $20.00 charge per occurence.

Question: Should our dog stay inside while you service our property?

  
Answer: Yes. Having any pets outside while we are mowing is strongly discouraged.
  

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

  
Answer: Lawonn Lawn & Landscaping accepts cash, checks, as well as major credit cards.

Question: When are
​payments due?

  
  
Answer: Invoices are sent to customers on the 1st of the month.  Payments must be received within 30 days. Failure to pay within the time frame will result in a 1.5% service charge. No payment within 45 days of service, will result in termination of service. After 60 days of no payment, legal action will take place.
